🚨 Important Note: This permit is required only for rafting on the Soča River in Kobarid (Sector 2). You don’t need it for canyoning, kayaking, or zipline adventures. Planning to raft? You’re in the right place—read on to get your Kobarid rafting permit in a few easy steps!

• Who needs it: Anyone rafting in Kobarid’s Sector 2 of the Soča River.
• When: March 15 to October 31, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Cost: €12.50 per person per day.
• Where to buy: Online or at Tourist Info Centers in Bovec, Kobarid, or Tolmin. If the online system fails, visit a Tourist Info Center or call the Kobarid municipality at +386 70 982 301.
• Why: Required by Kobarid municipality for river access.

3. LANGUAGE

Choose your prefered language from a drop down menu on the right side of the screen.

4. LENGHT

Make sure your settings are on DAILY. If not, you can change it in the drop down menu.

5. E-MAIL

Write down your email.

6. SECTORS

Make sure your settings are on SECTOR 2 | KOBARID. If not you can now still change it.

7. TYPE

Leave it on NAME.

8. NUMBER OF PERSONS

Choose the number of persons in your group. Please note that the maximum number of people you can add is 5. If there’s more than 5 people in your group, you will have to repeat the proces.

9. PERSON/S (NAME AND SURNAME)

Write down your names and family names in the blanks.

10. PAYMENT

Check if the price is correct – it’s 12,50 €/person. And then click PAY.

11. INVOICE FOR A COMPANY

If you wish your invoice to be issued on a company click INVOICE INFORMATION. Fill in the blanks.

12. PAYMENT

You will be redirected to a payment page where you will fill out your credit card info and finish your purchase.

13. DON’T ACTIVATE YOUR PERMITS

Voilà! Congratulations! You have your permits. When you are redirected back to the original page it will ask you to activate the permits. We recommend you to wait. You will get a link and QR code to your permits on your email. We will help you activate your permits here in our office before the tour. Once the permits are activated the date can no longer be changed.
